Ganesh Chaturthi, the joyous festival, has commenced, and it is a time when television celebrities eagerly share their heartfelt wishes with their beloved fans and followers on social media. This auspicious occasion holds a special place in their hearts, as it allows them to vividly express their deep-rooted connection to their traditions and spirituality. Shivangi Joshi, renowned for her portrayal of Naira Singhania in the popular television series Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, expressed her devotion on Instagram. She shared a photo of a Lord Ganesha idol adorned with fresh garlands and surrounded by fruits.
Hina Khan also wished her fans on the occasion in a grand way and shared an image on her Instagram Stories. She wrote, “Ganeshutsav…the eagerly anticipated festival of the year in Mumbai is here…the divine spirit of Mumbai.”
Divyanka Tripathi, known for her roles in the long-running shows Banoo Main Teri Dulhann and Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, connected with her fans by sharing a collage of images from her Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations. She wished her fans prosperity and eternal blessings from Shree Ganesha.
Ashi Singh, the actress known for her portrayal of Naina Agarwal in SET India’s acclaimed series Yeh Un Dinon Ki Baat Hai, shared a series of photos of herself worshipping Lord Ganesha. In her caption, she extended wishes to everyone on Ganesh Chaturthi.
Karan Wahi, recognised for his roles in Remix and Dill Mill Gayye, showcased his eco-friendly celebration on Instagram. He posted an image of Lord Ganesh’s idol made from clay and said, “Ganpati Bappa Morya. Yet Another Year of Bringing Him to Life. Yet Another Year of Joy This Festival Brings in our Life. Making eco-friendly choices is not just for the planet; it’s about experiencing the process of being one with Him.”
Ishita Dutta, who appeared in 2015 Ajay Devgn starrer crime thriller Drishyam, also welcomed Ganpati Bappa home. This year, she created Ganesha idol at home with the help of clay. Her heartfelt caption read, “Devotion, love, family, friends, modak, prayers, and the resonating sounds of dhol, signifying the arrival of this special time of the year.”
Ganesh Hegde also conveyed his warm wishes to fans, emphasising the significance of being good, thinking good, and doing good. He penned, “May Lord Ganesha Bless Us With the Guidance and ability to, Be Good, Think Good & Do Good. Ganpati Bappa Morya!!!! To you & your Loved ones, From me & my Loved ones, Happy Ganesh Chaturthi.”
Mohit Malik and Sayli Salunkhe
Popular actors Mohit Malik aka Kunal and Sayli Salunkhe aka Vandana, from the show Baatein Kuch Ankahee Si, also shared a photo of their Ganesh Chaturthi celebration with fans. “May you embrace all of the blessings of life on this auspicious occasion. I hope all of our dreams come true. May Lord Ganesha continue to brighten our lives and constantly bestow us with success and happiness,” Mohit Malik said.
Devoleena Bhattacharjee, known for her role as Gopi Modi in StarPlus’s long-running show Saath Nibhaana Saathiya, shared a heartfelt photo of herself with her dog, sitting at home beside a Ganesha idol.
Rohitashv Gour, who is known for playing Manmohan Tiwari in the comedy sitcom Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain, came live on Instagram to share his best wishes on the occasion.
