MyBSNL app receives new update, brings new dashboard, recharge, bill payment and more

At a recent event, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has made several new announcements and service improvements. One key highlight of the event was the updated MyBSNL app with new features and changes to offer its customers better service and experience, according to the TelecomTalk report.
Shri Vivek Banzal, Director (Consumer Fixed Access) at BSNL Board said that “The mobile app is going to be the main channel of customer communication, and we are evolving this platform to enable zero-touch service delivery for our customers.”
What’s new with upgraded MyBSNL app
The upgraded MyBSNL app comes with an all-in-one solution for BSNL customers. According to the report, the app now lets users easily manage all the BSNL mobile services. Here’s everything you need to know about the app.
New dashboard: The updated MyBSNL app comes with a new interactive dashboard that provides users all the relevant information related to their mobile number.
Recharge facility: Another important feature that the MyBSNL app offers is one-touch recharge and top up. Prepaid BSNL mobile users can now use the MyBSNL app to quickly top up their account with one-touch.
Postpaid bill payments: MyBSNL app also allows users to make payments of their postpaid BSNL mobile connection via the app. Apart from that, the app also provides users with the information like current bill, unbilled amount and outstanding balance.
Account Management: The MyBSNL app now also lets users add other BSNL numbers into the app and manage its services.
The app is available for BSNL users to download and use on their smartphones. To login into the app, users will be required to use their BSNL phone number and authenticate it with the OTP received on the device.
Once done, all the services will be available to use.
